What is the reason for the discrepancy between the delivery date and the specified delivery timeframe?

The delivery timeline displayed on the product page is based on the assumption that neither the Seller nor our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the scheduled delivery date. However, if a holiday occurs during this period, we incorporate an extra day into the estimated delivery date. Additionally, please note that certain courier partners and Sellers may not operate on Sundays, and this is taken into consideration when determining delivery dates.

What is Estimated delivery time?

Sellers typically handle the procurement, design, development, manufacturing, and shipping of items within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Business days do not include public holidays and Sundays. The estimated delivery time is influenced by various factors, including the Seller's product offerings, the product's availability, the destination for shipping, the Seller's location, and the crafting/manufacturing time.

Received delivery confirmation but not received the product:

If you haven't received your order but received a delivery confirmation SMS/Email, please report the issue within 7 days of the confirmation date so that the seller can investigate.

What are Buyer unboxing photos/Videos?

Unboxing photos/Videos (at least 5+ photos) must be captured clearly within 6 hours by the buyers of receiving the products, and they should be uploaded in to order details tab as part of the unboxing process to serve as evidence for verifying completeness, identifying any missing, damaged, or defective items, and confirming if there is a description mismatch.

What are Seller Boxing Photos/Videos?

Boxing photos/Videos (at least 5+ photos) must be captured clearly before shipment of the product by sellers and they should be uploaded in to order details tab as part of the boxing process to serve as evidence for verifying completeness and confirming if there is a description mismatch.
