Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 5 hours of placement or before the order reaches the "Ready for Shipment" status, whichever occurs first. After this period, cancellations are no longer permitted. The timeframe for cancellation varies by product category, and once the specified time has elapsed, particularly for Handmade products, cancellation is not permitted.

In certain instances, cancelling an order beyond the specified time may incur a fee. The specific time window details provided on the product or order confirmation page are considered final. If a seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. Famshops reserves the right to approve or deny order cancellations and holds the authority to adjust the time window or cancellation fee as deemed necessary.

Return Policy

Under this policy, sellers offer a program called "Returns," allowing you the choice of replacement, or refund facilitated by the respective sellers. If a customer needs to return a product due to it being missing, damaged, defective, or not matching the description, they must initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery. Famshops requires unboxing images for all returns or exchanges to ensure accuracy and prevent incorrect returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges are accepted by Famshops in cases of missing, damaged, defective, or description-mismatched products. In such instances, the seller may either replace the specific accessory or refund the amount for eligible products.

Famshops reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order unit after an evaluation of the product or order defect by an authorized Famshops representative.
