Famshops provides different services to help sellers quickly and safely deliver their unique items to buyers. This Delivery Policy outlines what you need to do as a seller regarding deliveries and your rights and duties when using Famshops services.

Delivering Your Items:

Sellers on Famshops need to make sure they pack and send out the items they sell to buyers. If they use a delivery service, they still need to make sure the buyers get their orders. When you sell on Famshops, you agree to:

  1. Give the correct address where the item is ‘dispatched from’.
  2. Tell the buyers how much shipping costs and how long it takes in your listings.
  3. Send out items quickly after they're sold. "Prompt delivery" means sending each item within 5 days unless you say something different or agree on another time with the buyer. Keep your realistic times updated.
  4. Follow all local and international rules for delivery and customs.
  5. Send items to the address on the Famshops receipt.
  6. Mark the order as dispatched when you dispatch the items using the famshops seller portal. Remember that you may only mark an order as dispatched after you actually have dispatched it. When you mark an order as dispatched, the buyer will receive a notification.
  7. Charge the right amount for shipping.
  8. Shipping duration: The shipping duration should fall within a range of 1 to 15 days from the date of order received.
  9. If an order doesn't arrive, be ready to show proof that you sent it. The proof must show it was sent to the address the buyer gave on Famshops. If a buyer doesn't get their order, they might complain about your shop.

Famshops Shipping Materials:

To make sure the package is good quality, to reduce returns, and to deliver the product safely to buyers, Famshops will give sellers materials like boxes, tape, and labels. Sellers can buy these materials from the Famshops website as needed. Sellers can use their own packaging materials, except for labels and tape. It's the seller's responsibility to make sure the product is packed properly for shipping. This service lets you control the packaging process while using Famshops' delivery system for efficient and reliable shipping.

Sellers must use Famshops' tape and labels to seal the package. By buying and using labels and tape from Famshops, sellers agree to:

  1. Use labels and tape only for Famshops orders.
  2. Not transfer or sell labels and tape to anyone else.
  3. Be fully responsible for the contents of packages sent using Famshops' labels and tape, following Famshops' policies and the terms of the delivery partner.
  4. Allow Famshops to share information with the chosen delivery partner and company according to the Privacy Policy.

Delivery & Shipping partner:

Famshops works with Delhivery parcel services to smoothly deliver products to buyers. By using Delhivery, sellers agree to follow Delhivery terms and conditions.

Sellers must provide a phone number to Delhivery and its partners for authentication and carrier services, including confirming pick-up information via text messages or calls.

Shipping Cost: The standard shipping fee will apply to facilitate the delivery of your product to your customer, depending on the local, zonal, or national destination.
